A survey of a sample of the 20 largest competitors and their representative products found that 95% of them do not have a CO2 sensor that reduces the likelihood of carbon dioxide poisoning during must fermentation, which often happens in the cellar. 85% of competitors are exclusively measuring devices, while the other 15% which, in addition to being measuring, can also serve as control devices, do not have a built-in remote control. The latest data collected by the European Union's statistical office show that in 2016 there were 85,830 registered winemakers in Croatia, 79,909 in France, 11,230 in Macedonia, 14,721 in Serbia and 348,228 in Italy, owning vineyards of up to 30 hectares. The total size of the target market, which includes the geographical area of Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Italy and France, is 539,918 potential buyers.
